SH0123 Extreme pressure lubricating oil oxidation performance tester

The SH0123 extreme pressure lubricating oil oxidation performance tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements specified in the industry standard SH/T 0123 "Determination of Extreme Pressure Lubricating Oil Oxidation Performance" of the People's Republic of China. Suitable for the determination of extreme pressure lubricating oil (such as gear oil). The usage method is as follows: the sample is subjected to constant pressure drying air at a certain temperature and tested for 312 hours. The oxidation stability of the oil is indicated by measuring the increase in viscosity and precipitation value of the sample at 100 ℃.

Performance characteristics:

• The instrument is equipped with a temperature controller to control the water bath temperature from room temperature to 200 ℃. Users can also adjust the temperature control meter according to their actual needs.

• The workbench of the instrument has a total of 4 test baths, which can conduct tests on 4 samples simultaneously.

• The instrument is equipped with four flow meters, which respectively indicate the gas flow rate entering the four oxidation tubes.

• The gas source used for the instrument is oxygen with a purity of not less than 99.5%, which can be directly used from oxygen cylinders; If it comes from the factory oxygen main, a filter and a pressure regulator valve should be installed before connecting this instrument. The oxygen input port is located on the side of the instrument.

• The instrument is equipped with a timer to record the time of the experiment, and there will be an alarm prompt when the time is up.
