SH201 Flash vaporizer gasification injector
The SH201 flash vaporizer gasification injector is developed in accordance with GB/T 3727-2003 Determination of Trace Water in Ethylene and Propylene for Industrial Use and GB/T 6023-2008Determination of Trace Water in Butadiene for Industrial Use; Karl Fischer Coulomb Method.
It is used for the pretreatment of liquid hydrocarbon substances before analysis, and converts the liquid sample into gaseous hydrocarbon substances with equal composition, constant temperature, constant pressure, and controllable flow rate for easy analysis. The instrument adopts the sensor manufactured by international advanced technology, microcomputer technology, automatic measurement and control of gas mass flow, not limited by temperature and pressure, high accuracy and good repeatability.
The instrument adopts a high-definition color touch display, which can easily observe the instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate and temperature of the metal bath. The combination of the sample injector and the micro-moisture tester can ideally determine the moisture of various gases, especially suitable for the determination of moisture in liquid hydrocarbons.
Scope of application:
● Analysis of trace water in various isomers of ethylene, propylene and butene, used in conjunction with coulometric trace water meter or dew point meter.
● The analysis of trace oxygen in various industrial olefins is used in conjunction with the trace oxygen analyzer.
● Analysis of trace carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in various industrial olefins, used with gas chromatograph.
● Liquid hydrocarbon composition analysis, used with gas chromatograph.
● Analysis of trace sulfur, arsenic and other substances in liquid hydrocarbon.
● Analysis of trace water in various refrigerants and SF6.
