ST-61 Activated Carbon Bulk Density Tester

ST-61 Activated Carbon Bulk Density Tester is used to measure the packed bulk density(apparent density&Filling density) of granular activated carbon. Put sample into a reservoir funnel and adjust the frequency of a vibratory feeder, the sample is filled via a feed funnel into a graduated cylinder. Weigh the sample inside and calculate the bulk density. Meet the Standard GB/T7702.4. and meet ASTM D2854.

Adopting a split structure, each component is connected by a cross clamp, and a unique loading speed adjustment method is used to meet the loading speed requirement of 0.75-1ml/s. Method 1: Adjust the tilt angle of the vibrator; 2: Adjust the electric knob to change the vibration frequency. The filling density of carbon samples with different particle sizes can also be determined by adjusting the height of the storage funnel.
