The ST136 Particle Durability Tester (Particle Powdering Rate Tester) is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the GB16765 General Technical Conditions for Granular Feed and the ISO17831 standard for mechanical durability of solid biofuel particles and pellets. Simultaneously comply with DIN EN 15210-1:2010-04

The pellet feed produced by the feed factory must have sufficient durability to withstand the impact during transportation, reduce fine powder, and meet customers' appearance requirements for pellet feed.

The pulverization rate tester produced by our company is a device for testing the PDI value of particles. It is one of the most important indicators reflecting the quality of pellet feed, which is used to measure the relative ability of feed pellets to resist breakage during transportation and handling of pellet feed products. The larger the PDI value, the stronger the anti crushing ability of the particles, the better the particle quality, and the higher the feed utilization rate.
