The SH115BS Insulating Oil Dielectric Loss and Resistivity Tester is a high-precision integrated instrument designed for measuring the dielectric loss angle and volume resistivity of liquid insulating media such as insulating oil. It incorporates key components including a dielectric loss oil cup, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss testing bridge, AC test power supply, standard capacitor, high-resistance meter, and DC high-voltage source. The heating system employs the currently advanced high-frequency induction heating method, which features non-contact heating between the oil cup and heating element, uniform heating, rapid response, and convenient control. The AC test power supply utilizes an AC-DC-AC conversion method, effectively eliminating the impact of mains voltage and frequency fluctuations on dielectric loss test accuracy, ensuring reliable operation even when powered by a generator. The internal standard capacitor is an SF6-filled three-terminal type, with dielectric loss and capacitance unaffected by ambient temperature or humidity, guaranteeing consistent accuracy over prolonged use. The resistivity measurement complies with GB/T 5654.
The instrument employs fully digital technology, featuring complete intelligent automated measurement with multiple testing modes. It is equipped with a large touchscreen display (320×240) and a fully Chinese menu, providing step-by-step Chinese instructions. Test results can be printed, allowing operators to use it proficiently without specialized training.
